Our Team

Michelle Pacilio, MPT, WCS
Board-Certified Women’s Health Specialist
Michelle’s passion for helping others propelled her to pursue a career in Physical Therapy, receiving her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2002. Since then, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings including neuro rehab, home health, inpatient, and most extensively in outpatient orthopedics. For the last 13 years, Michelle has focused her energy through rigorous continuing education to become Kauai’s most experienced physical therapist treating Pelvic Floor Dysfunction for both men and women, with expertise in the treatment of incontinence, pelvic pain, colorectal issues, and pelvic girdle dysfunction.
New Clinic & Board-Certified
2021 was a big year for Michelle. In the midst of opening Wahine Wellness & Pelvic Health, the first women’s-only clinic on Kauai, she also became a Board Certified Women’s Health Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities. She believes treating a woman should not be the same as treating a man. Women have special differences and changing needs throughout their lifetime that need to be considered as a part of their individual plan of care.

Christina Keltner, DPT, TPS
IPNFA Certified PNF Therapist
Christina graduated from Elon University with a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science. She then attended Arcadia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, graduating in 2012. She started her career with a passion for working with patients with neurological injuries, and spent her first 2+ years as a PT at a level one trauma center in Washington DC. She moved to outpatient orthopedic and neurological clinics before getting accepted into Kaiser Permanente’s PNF certification program, where she spent most of a year becoming an International PNF Association Certified PNF Therapist. She recently became certified as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist through Evidence in Motion’s certification program, with the goal of improving the community’s understanding of chronic pain and preventing and treating chronic pain issues.
Christina stumbled into pelvic health after realizing how impactful treating the pelvic floor is on the rest of the musculoskeletal system. Her passion for addressing pelvic floor dysfunction was further fueled when she realized how few medical professionals took the time to listen and help the underlying problem.
Christina is thrilled to be a part of a practice that supports women, with a goal of increasing community knowledge of general wellness, pelvic dysfunction and pain.

Testimonials
Michelle is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind, fun, professional, and knowledgeable. I started seeing her during my first trimester for tailbone pain. She thought of creative practical solutions that I could easily integrate into everyday life. I continued to see her throughout pregnancy and into postpartum for the countless quirks that come from creating a human. Michelle has taught me how to control muscles I didn’t even know existed through unique visualizations and simple exercises. I am eternally grateful for her ability to keep me active and comfortable through this transformative time.
Michelle and her staff are friendly and professional, check in process is easy. The facility is very clean and beautiful. Michelle is an excellent practitioner, looking at the whole body and how it is all related. She is very intuitive and addressed my issues each visit singly and then showed me how it is all connected. I now have tools to address to continue strengthening pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. The feeling at the office is comfortable and welcoming.
